“If You Have Enthusiasm, A Positive Attitude And A Few Basic Fitness Skills, I Have A $13/session (starting), Fun And Fulfilling Personal Training Position Just For You!”
Dear Prospective Fitness Trainer,
First of all, thanks for taking the time to visit this site. It’s my hope that you have precisely what I need in a fitness trainer so I can take this page down immediately and put you to work in the fun and rewarding coaching position I have available.
You should have arrived here because you saw my employment ad in the local paper or Craigslist that reads like this:
Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach Part Time, Starting $13 per session (45 minute sessions), minimum 10-15 training hours per week (once training period is completed), with an option to grow to full-time. (if that is your desire)
So let me tell you about me, my company and the coaching position.
My name is Chris Buckley and I run a fitness and nutrition coaching company called Fitness Together in Buckhead (Atlanta), GA. Fitness Together is the largest personal training company with over 600 locations worldwide.
Fitness Together is dedicated to helping women and men achieve their health and fitness goals through customized nutrition and fitness programs.
And business is booming!
I'm looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person to start training a new (and existing) group of clients who train in a private setting.
My studio is located on 2140 Peachtree Road NW Suite 305 Atlanta, GA 30309. (right behind Houston's restaurant)
I currently offer one-on-one personal training and nutritional counseling to educate, motivate, and support men, women, and teens to improve their health and fitness. All clients generally begin with an initial package which includes: nutrition counseling, exercise program design, nutritional supplements, monthly fitness assessments, and private personal training sessions conducted 3-5 times a week in studio.
If you are hired for this coaching position, you'll begin coaching clients in the studio 3-6 days a week for a minimum of 3 hours per day (could be up to an 8 hour shift once your schedule is established) My needs are primarily in the evening for now, but you may be asked to work one "double" shift per week, Monday thru Saturday (not too late on Saturday).
The best fit for this position would probably be someone who is looking for part time hours, and has a full-time day job. To be clear and up front, I am not OK with trainers on staff with me that work at other facilities as a personal trainer. I'm sure you can imagine the problems that could arise.
Bottom line: you’ll get at least 10 hours (sessions) of training clients per week at a minimum of $13 per session once your schedule is established. You will be paid as a Fitness Together employee, and have the opportunity (pending stellar performance appraisals) to move up to $14 per session after a 90 -day trial period. ($15 after 180 days)
My studio offers a casual, fun environment, nice training equipment and the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of a successful personal training studio.
Oh yeah, I’m also very fair, respectful and appreciative. I like having fun and making money providing highly valuable fitness services and products. You will be compensated fairly, treated fairly and I will certainly look for ways to pay you more for your efforts if they warrant it. I want someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others… because that’s what we do in my studio.
